I really think that the different employee rewards and loyalty programs that a company offers to both its employees as well as its customers can make a big difference in the success of that company or place of business. In my many years of watching companies rise and fall, start and fail, I have noticed many times that the companies who implement some kind of successful program for its employees to feel like they are making a difference and are being recognized to the bosses, will succeed much more than the ones who do not do this kind of program.
Similarly, places of business who do not have any kind of programs to offer the same sort of recognition to its patrons do not do as well as the different places of business that do offer that kind of reward to their loyal customers. And of course it only makes sense that the companies which choose to offer both types of programs to their customers as well as their employees are invariably the ones who are the very best and enjoy the very most success. If you think about it, these findings are not very surprising. Everyone likes to be appreciated after all.
