Newsletters are also a great way for the HOA to make a bit of money by advertising local businesses.

Another great idea is to create a HOA website. A website is a fantastic way to engage members and potentials. Post pictures of the board, videos of events and encourage people to take part in interactive forums.

Finally, purchase team management software. This kind of software will automatically send emails and/or text messages to members before all important events and meetings. And that’s just a taste of what this specific software can do.
