I really enjoy betting on sports. Nothing crazy. My bankroll is pretty small but it’s fun. It makes watching the games pretty exciting anyway. I never bet more than what I can afford to lose so I don’t get worked up about losing. I just get excited when I win, so that’s a pretty good deal.
The only real problem that I ran into was, when I first started betting, I spent way too much time researching picks. I mean hours a week. It quickly went from being fun to just being a chore and something that I grew to dislike. I started using expert sports picks and I really enjoy the whole process much more. I’m really into football so I pay for NFL picks. I’m not into college ball too much but I’ll occasionally bet so I’ll check out NCAA football picks once in a while too.
Not only does buying the picks save huge amounts of time and aggravation, but I actually starting winning more since I starting using them. I my opinion, the expert picks are totally worth the cost. The fee is pretty minimal and my winnings have more than made up for it. It’s also worth it because now I don’t have to worry about getting fired for doing online handicapping research at work!

I think you hit the nail on the head: “I don’t bet more than I can afford to lose.” The real problem with using picks, or any other part of betting, comes when you start to be more than you can afford. Pick your limit and stick to it!
I pay for the picks every time. I don’t win 100%, but I certainly win more than I did when I was researching on my own. They are worth every penny for sure.
I also used to have a problem with how much time I spent researching. There is so much to consider, like injuries, rosters, even game days and times, that it was just too much for me to take on alone.
When in doubt, defer to the experts. It is safer for your money and keeps your head from exploding. I always use the NFL experts because they are right 8/10 times.
Using expert picks takes all the fun out of betting. I feel like it is part of the sport to do the research yourself and take responsibility for the win or loss. How can it be fun if you are just betting on other people’s suggestions?
