One of the things that I value is the experience of people that have done what I want to do.  These coaches and mentors can help you to avoid pitfalls that are there and give you the opportunity to learn from their mistakes.  In my opinion, having a coach can speed up the time it takes for you to learn new skills and profit from them.

So, it should come as no surprise that I went looking for a Real Estate investment coaching program after I completed the real estate investment training I received from a correspondence course.  I wanted to make sure to have someone to rub shoulders with and learn the street smarts that I would need to succeed in real estate investing.

I was assigned to Jack, a veteran real estate investor with over five hundred properties in his portfolio.  We clicked right away, and he told me that I reminded him of himself nearly twenty five years ago.  He was going to teach me everything he knew about residential and commercial real estate so that I could succeed earlier than he had.

These past four weeks working with Jack have been amazing, and I have added three lucrative properties to my portfolio.  I can’t wait to see what the next four weeks have to offer.
