Having just returned from the most spectacular Canadian Rockies vacation, I can tell you unequivicoally that I understand what it must be like to be the intrepid, world traveling adventurer. Years ago, I saw a TV magazine piece on Sir Richard Branson, and told myself that if I ever had the chance to do even a fraction of what he’s done, I’d take the chance and go for it.

Well, I just returned from a group of like minded souls and a trip to the great Canadian Rockie Mountain region. It was during some research regarding Canada vacation packages that I came across this group of folks who had aspirations similar to my own. While none of us were in the billionaire income bracket that Branson is in, we decided to vacation up north and really enjoy getting to know what nature and adventure in Canada might be like.

Since I am also an energetic novice photographer, I was doubly excited to test out some new pro-sumer phototgraphic equipment. I knew that if I could capture even the smallest bit of the majestic beauty that was held in the mountains in Canada, I would walk away with the personal adventure of a lifetime. And likely enough enthusiasm to start planning the next outing!
